Are the UCP good fiscal managers?

On Monday, 18 January Service Alberta quietly issued a request for expressions of interest (REOI) to sell the data contained in systems from the Province's Land Titles Office (LTO), Personal Property Registry (PPR) information, and Corporate Registry data (COR).
